All our products come with a limited lifetime warranty.

At Raven Straps, we manufacture the best instrument straps and accessories on the market. That's why we offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

To validate this warranty, you must present proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. At our discretion, we may offer to repair the item, replace it with the same product, or replace it with an equivalent product. Damage associated with defects in our products, negligent or improper use is excluded. We will not assume any shipping costs for replacement.

Moving parts such as zippers, hardware, quick-release systems, and similar items are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
